So, how does this scam work? First, you must understand the basics of
affiliate advertising. In a nutshell, you are paid when someone clicks
through your independant site to another website that pays when you
send them
clients. 'Best Kept Secret' makes money in 2 ways off of you. 1st,
obviously they get
the up front 'investment fee' from you. They promise a 'website blog'
page with 'affiliate' links which will generate immediate wealth.
They do place 1 blog page and you will see links on it, so you will
feel you got what you paid for. The
problem is, instead of
putting legitimate affiliate paying links on your blog page... they are
placing links to sites THEY own. As you work to bring people to
your site, they are redirected to 'the Best Kept Secrets' site... who
will use legitimate affiliiate links on legitimate paid 'hosted' (Very
important) sites
to get ALL of the genuine affiliate payments. Plus, they have high

Over $100k a year doing Online Surveys
Wow, this
one has hurt a LOT of unsuspecting people! Although it is Absolutely
true that you can make a Very decent income completing online surveys... You
MUST be careful. There are a lot of 'unscrupulous' companies
promising incredible wealth for simply filling out a few simple
surveys online. One even claims you will make over $100k a year
doing a few surveys a week. So, how does this scam work? These
companies earn your trust immediately because there is usually no
'up front' fees, or a minimal fee at best. They promise not only
surveys to complete, but also that you will recieve a FREE
sample of the products to evaluate first. Even we love the sound of
this program... Free stuff galore, $40.00 per survey, $100k annual, no
up front fees... sign me up! BUT, you must give them your credit
card, just to validate your identity, since they will be sending you
big weekly checks. After they have your card information, they give
you a 'Terms of Agreement' online, that small box that IF you scroll at
top speed takes 4 minutes to reach to bottom, which few read. Within
the fine print are several clauses which Cost
you. The first clause is that when you are sent your FREE Samples, you
agree to EITHER submit an
online survey regarding the product and
recieve a payment that will range from $5.00 to $40.00 OR
you will submit the survey card which is shipped with the FREE Sample back to the survey company. IF
the company sends a survey card, there is NO online survey and NO
payment for submitting the survey.
As you've probably already guessed, all the the samples you recieve
include survey cards. Naturally, once you realize you aren't going to
make any money, you quit submitting the mailed surveys and hope
the miserable incident will be forgotten quickly. Unfortunately, they
don't forget you, and continue to send the samples... often 3-4 per day.
Now,
the 2nd Clause is where
they really get you. If at any point you fail to submit your mailed
surveys... the company which signed you up can charge a 'shipping
fee' for the samples sent. These shipping fees can range any where
from $3.95 to $5.95 per sample. They use your credit card, which you
gave
voluntarily to backbill you, often billing hundreds of dollars for
the accumulated 'shipping fees'.
And IF you try to file a chargeback, you will lose because you clicked
agree to the 'terms of service' which is a legal contract. PLUS,
they multiply their earnings 10 fold by being an advertising firm to
the
companies which supplies them with samples for free. The rich get
richer... the uninformed get taken. The silver
lining? There IS legitimate income and Very decent online survey income
to be
made! We will tell you how to earn legitimate survey income so YOU can
be the one raking in the money!

Pyramid Schemes Alive & Well Although
Pyamid schemes are illegal, there are loopholes in the law; so they
continue to flourish. Because there are so many different types, let's
take a closer look at some of the 'Pyramid Schemes' many faces. Once
you understand how the pyramid works, you can spot one for yourself
much easier. So, what is a 'pyramid scheme'? In essence, instead
of profiting from selling a product, pyramid schemes profit by getting
people to 'invest' a sizable sum up front with the promise that they
will get a portion of money from everyone who joins the pyamid after
them. As an example, let's take a closer look at one of the larger
pyramids today... it is a 'video telephone' pyramid. You invest
$500- and get 2 telephones. You are told the telephones are an easy
sale at $100- each, because every Grandparent will want them so
they can see their grandchildren while they talk to them. BUT, your
Real income is made by bringing in other 'investors'. They promise that
for every investor you bring in, you get $100-. In addition, they
promise that for every investor the investors under you bring in, you
get an additional $50-. Then they draw this Big picture for you...
IF you bring in ONLY 30 people, and each person you bring in also
brings in 30 people, you would make a whopping $48k (yes...$48,000.00)
by investing
just $500. And, because the legal loophole is a 'viable product to
sell' you have to give your credit card and agree to 'auto pay' for the
purchase of 2 telephones per month (which is $200.00 per month). IF
you stop recieving telephones, you are out of the pyramid. At the end
of the day, the head of the pyramid has a zillion individuals
bringing in 'investors' and they keep the majority of money generated,
and lose nothing except the actual cost of 2 telephones, which costs
them around $20.00 a piece. Other well known pyramids include Mary Kay
(a cosmetic based pyramid), Fuel Freedom (fuel enhancement pyramid),
a jelly club, phone cards and long distance, the list never ends.
The main feature to bare in mind, the point is to recruit 'investors',
not to promote a legitimate product or service. As above, The rich
get richer... the uninformed get taken. The silver
lining? There IS legitimate income and Very decent income to be
made By invest Far Less! We will tell you how to put a legitimate
Business in place so YOU can
be the one raking in the money!

Make Money Stuffing Envelopes ScamThe
ultimate 'bottom feeder' of home based business. It has been a very
successful scam because it appeals to everyone looking for a 'minimal
investment' home business. Like other programs, it promises
incredible wealth, with NO effort beyond stuffing a few envelopes. So,
how does this scam work? You send your 'small fee', which usually
ranges from $9.95 to $99-, for all of your start up instructions. For
such a low fee, many suppose it is worth the risk. When you recieve your
instructions, you are thanked for your request and instructed to send
an additional fee for the business plan guidelines. When the guidelines
come, you are told people around the country will be sending you
money which 'will be' legal for you to keep, but you must send an
additional fee for the documentation to make it legal for you
to keep these funds. Finally, you day you've been waiting for comes,
your legal disclaimer arrives... you can finally start the process of
getting rich.
Unfortunately,
you find that the system of getting
rich IS duping others into sending you several payments to learn 'the
secret' as you just did. There is no product, there is no service.
IF you want to make money, you have to do the advertising to get others
to write you and put them through the exact same system of paying for
additional
instructions so they can do that to others. It is certainly dishonest,
and great pains are taken to instruct you to conceal your actual
identity, should the legal system crack down on this endeavor
tomorrow... or of course, you fleece the wrong person that may want to
exact revenge. Again, bare in mind that old attage, IF it sounds
to good to be true, it probably is. If you are looking for a business

Forclosure and Credit Card Debt Relief Scams Necessity, within legal terms is defined: In U.S. criminal law, necessity is often a justification. Unscupulous business ventures flourish because a
desperate 'general public' is quite easy to take advantage of due to their
sense of necessity. There has been a tremendous boom of companies
taking advantage of individuals experiencing trying times due to
mortgage difficulties and credit card debt. These 'scams'
work one on one to fleece the public OR put a pyramid system in
place which makes money teaching YOU to "help" others. Either way is
completely unscrupulous and just plain wrong. Why is it wrong? Because
the steps people experiencing hard times need to take, they can
implement
for themselves FOR FREE. This doesn't nulify the
soundness of professional advice, such as lawyers or accountants, for
guidance or councel... But instead clearly states that IF someone is
already experiencing financial hardship, they shouldn't be paying a
non-professional to do for them what they can do for themselves.
If you are experiencing difficulty in these areas yourself, Please review the
FREE section for information regarding steps you can take
to help your situation. If you are
looking for a business venture, there are endless possibilities waiting
for you... please consider other options.
